How billing works
Every plan is billed monthly. When you get started, the first 3 months are billed upfront as your minimum term. After that, your plan continues month to month and you're billed the same way going forward.
What's included
Your monthly plan covers your website design, hosting, security, and the updates listed on your plan. There's no separate design invoice and no maintenance for you to handle yourself, it's genuinely all in one.
Cancelling your plan
After your 3-month minimum term, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Just let us know and we'll take care of the rest.
If you'd like to keep your domain name
If you cancel and want to keep your domain name, we'll transfer it to you for a one-time $30 fee. That covers just the domain itself.
About the website itself
The website, its design, and its files are built and hosted by Milton Web Design Co. as part of your monthly plan rather than sold to you outright, which is how we're able to keep the price this low for a small business. Because of that, the site files themselves aren't transferred if you cancel, only the domain name is. If you'd like to talk through your options before making a decision, we're happy to chat.
